Valeria Ríos

Valeria Ríos writes songs the way other people keep journals — with honesty, specificity, and zero interest in impressing anyone. Raised in Mexico City, she released her debut EP "Raíces" in 2023 to critical acclaim from the Latin indie press. Her live show is stripped back: one guitar, one voice, a room full of people suddenly very quiet. She has opened for artists across Mexico and the US, and is currently working on her first full-length record. Fluent in Spanish and English, Valeria performs primarily in Spanish but writes in both languages depending on what the song needs.
